Colleen Gardner - REALTOR® - Seller coordinator

Colleen started in the real estate business in 2008, took a brief hiatus but was lured back in by the charm and salesmanship of Mike in 2015.  Coll is our listing coordinator and works on every facet of the listing process with our sellers. 

Personal - A graduate of Chichester High School. Coll grew up and still resides in Boothwyn.  She is very family oriented, her entire family is still in the Boothwyn area and she is with them often.  Coll spends most of her time with her husband Jeff and children Payton and Jack.  

Business - Colleen’s dedication to the team and our clients is exceptional. She is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the process goes smoothly for our clients.  Committed is an understatement.  Coll takes her role as listing coordinator to a different level working all different hours of the day, weekends, holidays etc to ensure whatever needs to get done is done and done efficiently.  

Her Take  - My goal is to make sure everything is as easy as it can possibly be for our sellers.  I want to make sure every thing is in perfect order so they can enjoy a stress free and successful process.
